Customer Experience Representative

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE OBJECTIVE

Exhibit enthusiasm, commitment, and service/product knowledge with the mission to provide such a positive experience for each customer that they are compelled to rave to others about their experience with us.

WHAT SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION LOOKS LIKE:

  • As a customer-focused associate, you are an outgoing professional with exceptional customer service skills. Your natural disposition is to be ‘guest obsessed.’ You strive to be the reason the customer has a smile on their face, but know the fine line between providing excellent service and turning a customer inquiry into a social call
  • Possess great communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Flourish working within a team
  • Have a minimum typing speed of 30wpm

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

  • Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, ~9am-6pm
  • Communicate daily with customers via phone, email and live chat
  • Data entry → Accurately record notes and requests within a customer account
